Val is an avid storyteller with over 18 years of creative experience. She has worked across many disciplines ranging from design, AR/VR, film, dual-brand strategy, digital marketing, retail innovation, gaming and applications for some of today’s biggest brands like Abbott, Chrysler, Fox Entertainment, Kraft Foods, Lululemon, and MGM Resorts among others.
Prior to joining POSSIBLE, Val was the Global VP Creative at Method Products (People Against Dirty), where she led creative for Method and Ecover brands by developing and implementing product solutions. Before that, she was the Executive Creative Director at EVB, where she worked on NBA, Facebook, Twitter and Mamba Candy. Val taught college level graphic design at an engineering school for seven years before jumping into the digital ad scene in 2000. It is her love for teaching that has helped her mentor and lead in an industry where it is hard for women to succeed. She is also an advocate for women’s diversity programs, leading them at several of her agencies over the years.
She has a huge passion for the AR/VR space. TWITCH, Minecraft and Pokémon Go all fascinate her and she believes gaming can unlock solutions to certain business problems in ways that traditional marketers haven’t even tapped into yet.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from Bradley University.
